Steinbeis is traditionally closely associated with institutions of higher education. Unlike most of other transfer centers forming Steinbeis Association, our East-West Cooperations Transfer Center was not established as a result of work with institutions of higher education. Nevertheless, we intensively deal with the matters concerning higher education and transfer of applied knowledge and advanced fundamental methods in Germany and East Europe.

Steinbeis Higher School and especially the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) have developed a highly effective method for improving skills of senior executives – In-House Work on Project Training. Our Transfer Center promotes cooperation of East European universities with the SIBE. German entrepreneurs search for highly skilled specialists and senior executives to work in East Europe.

Our Transfer Center is a initiator and partner in the Tver Automotive Suppliers support program. By taking part in this program, the students of the University of Economics and Environment, Nürtingen, study and practice modern methods for project management. STC Director Jürgen Raizner holds the course on Project Management for the speciality of National Economy in the University of Economics and Environment (HfWU).
