Universitatea de Ştiinţe Agricole şi Medicină Veterinară din Cluj-Napoca is a public higher education and research institution that was initially founded in 1869 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and since 1995 it functions under the current name. It is a state institution, integrated into the national higher education system, which functions based on the Romanian Constitution, the Law of Education, the University Charter and its own regulations.
